OD Interview Paper.  The OD Interview Paper should be 5-pages minimum, double spaced, with 1-inch margins, 12-pt Times New Roman font.  You will need to interview a professional business person about their experiences with organizational development.

 

This individual needs to have a minimum of 10-yrs business experience, they must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a business discipline.

 

 You will be responsible for the following information (as a minimum).

 

·         Interviewee full contact information

·         A summary of their educational and professional experience

·         A detailed description of a time they experienced the OD process

·         Their role in the OD process

·         The outcome of the OD process

·         What were the positive aspects of the OD process

·         What were the negative aspects of the OD process
